I’ve been using it for just a few days and already have noticed the swelling in my ankles reduced a lot! ( after a day of work ) I use it in the evening for about 15 minutes and it also gets your heart rate up and burns calories (according to my Fitbit) as well! No pain or issues, comfortable to stand or squat on!

A great introduction plate to those new to vibration. Several pre set programs for beginners to more experienced users. Manual options as well for customizing your own program. Easy to set up and use. Not terribly loud.
