Very Cool Machine

Simple to use. Instructions were a bit tricky as the display shows a d instead of P modes and still not sure how to put it in full manual mode as the display does not show HR for manual. However the unit does vibrate and I am able to increase and decrease the intensity.

I purchased the HexaPlate lite vibration plate last year and it already stopped working. I loved it and so disappointed now that it won’t go into motion. It turns on and acts like it’s working but no vibration.

I just got mine and am hoping that I will get the desired results with bone density and several other health benefits. I have a lung disease that can be treated with vibration to encourage coughing from deep down. I am hopeful this will help with that as well.

Love that it’s a smaller size than the industrial machines at my chiropractor’s office and yet still provides the power of the bigger machines. Just starting using it this week but so excited to make it a party of my daily routine to help with fitness goals, strengthening my posture, core strength and just overall wellbeing.

Love it so far!

I struggle with various health issues and I thought this vibration plate would help me with bone density, circulation, and lymphatic drainage. So far it has been great! I was feeling really fatigued today so I hopped on for the first time. In just 5 minutes I was more awake and ready to take my dogs for a walk. This will definitely become a regular part of my wellness routine!
