I just opened the box and am figuring out how this works. Stood on it once and am looking for additional directions and how to use it with different poses and stretches, what each with each preset workout is... Etc.

Lifepro hexaplate mini vibration plate

The mini plate is compact and easy to use.
But I realized it has strong plastic smell once I open it and start using it these past 2 days , I wind up have to leave it sitting at my porch to gas it out so to speak.
Will see how it smell in a few days
