Very easy to use

This is very easy to use and stable. I am only interested in lymphatic drainage and hoping it helps with spurs, no interested in weight loss. At my age just to keep my bones and body in good condition is more important to me. I find using my weights easier than the bands that you can attach. Light weight, easy to move around, but stable. Very good buy for me.

HexaPlate Lite Vibration - Good for Lymph System

The Hexaplate Lite Vibration works well for lymphatic drainage and provides moderate vibration which seems to be okay for me. It's a bit noisy but it works. I use mine for 10-15 minutes daily. My only complaint is that the plug loosens with use and the Hexaplate stops working which forces me to get off the machine to reconnect it. I wish I had kept the LifePro Waver Mini Vibration Plate instead of replacing it with the Hexaplate. The Waver Mini is a much better product.
