Less Pain

I have lived with sciatica for over 20 years. I go monthly to my chiropractor just to keep it in check. I got this Hexaplate Lite at a discount store and thought it would be worth a try. I used it the Saturday I bought it and the next day Sunday I used it again on the moderate or middle manual setting. Monday I was up and around for a little while before it dawned on me that I had zero sciatica pain!

Morning Routine leveled up

This has become part of my morning routine. It makes me feel so much more awake all day! I had a bit of dizziness the first couple of times that I tried, but then I worked myself up to not having any issue with it. There are lots of workout videos online—including sit down videos. I can’t say it is for everyone, but I love it.

Small but mighty

I have only had this vibration plate a few days it was a gift. I have used my daughter in laws much larger Life Pro and so far prefer the larger size. This seems to do the job though.

Unexpected Relief

I struggle to recover after long runs.
Soreness and muscle tightness are difficult to deal with.
The Hexaplate session rivals a deep tissue leg and hip massage!
It will become part of my recovery routine.
