First time using this machine and it is really great. Very user friendly, already feeling some good effects from using it daily. However, it does take some to get used to especially using it barefoot due to the ridges. But otherwise a great machine.

This device is easy to use, particularly when using the Programmed workouts. I have not tried to create my own workouts…that seems a little more complicated.
