I work from home and this has been a great tool to use for taking breaks during the day to get movement. I've noticed less leg swelling and fatigue at the end of the day.

As a person suffering from severe scoliosis this plate is a life saver. It loosens your muscles so you can have somewhat of a normal day. Its like a stand up message.
