so far kind of disappointed the remote is not fully functioning only buttons that work are the on button, P and the time.

And have read the hype and since I asked for this plate for Christmas, I am willing and ready to see if he really helps. Less than a week into it is way too soon to say yes or no. But since there is no other way to have the life time warranty without the review, here it is. In the future when there is time to notice a difference, I will come back for a much more meaningful review.

it is quite enough that you can use it while watching TV. Has lots of settings so you can find one thats right for you. It is a great workout for the off days from the gym or helps a great deal when you are sore or stiff.
