Very Pleased - Nice Workout

You get a nice 15 minute, low-impact workout and it is also relaxing. My body itched terribly after the first few times I used it, but now there is no itching (from the blood circulating). I have been working my way up through the programmed routines and each one is definately different. Would highly recommend!

Wow - you really get a nice little workout in just 15 minutes with the Hexaplate! It also helps stimulate circulation and on low settings, eases lower back pain. Very impressed with it!

Excellent product for toning and circulation

I have been using this for a week, rotating through the P02-P09 and also the manual settings. Although initially purchased for improving my circulation, I am realizing the fitness and toning benefits as well. I have now purchased several more for family members who have tried mine and really liked it.
