I’ve been using my vibration plate for 3 months or so. It works really well.
I do think the instructions are a bit confusing for programs but general functions are easy.
It is not as powerful as it was originally, but still helps my joints.

I was afraid when I purchased the vibration plate it was going to be cheaply made. It’s not! Very sturdy, works as it should and I’m enjoying using it!

Works great, just some times when I’m on feels like I’m too heavy for it. (I’m 135-140lbs) Hope to see some results from this. Is great to use while watching a show
