Just got the Hexaplate Lite Vibration Plate. Muscles were sore from some work I did the day before and it helped with the soreness. Can't wait to get up to a level of exercise!

Love the price especially. It is a. It more intense on the lowest setting that I’m used to at my gym but I’m sure I’ll get use to it.
