Good but not all that I expected

I am enjoying this and I feel relief from muscle tension after using it so that's great. I was expecting more based on all that i heard from others about vibrating plates, not necessarily this brand or exact model. I had heard that it can work the miracles so well you will need to build up to doing it for minutes at a time and the increase in intensity but that had not been the experience for us so I hope that we bought a good model and it is doing as advertised concerning circulation and the lymphatic system.

Hexaplate Lite

I picked up the vibration plate on Saturday. I’ve used it 3 times and been having fun and enjoying the exercise videos on YouTube. I’m in Manitoba and the air quality has been bad so exercise outside is out. I’m a 72 year old woman with hips and knee replaced. The vibrations haven’t bothered my joints yet

Just got It but like It so far!

My screen is saying d or HH, not HR for manual mode and nothing happens when I press the M button to use It on manual.. I’m going to watch a ypu tube video and see if I can figure this out. I like the plate so far , feels secure and rubber is good quality .. we will see

Even though I have not used it yet. I can say that it seems to be a good quality item. I can't wait to try it. I'll come back and rate it again after I use it for a while to let you know if it worked or not.
