I just received my Hexaplate Lite today. I felt better after using my Hexaplate Lite the first time! I wanted to get on it often throughout the day. I'm looking forward to doing the exercises they provide in the user manual as well.

As to have had back surgery 3.6 months ago I’ll start slow like it says .

Love the Vibration Plate

First time user of a vibration plate….70 year old active female…
Pros:
1. Easy to set up
2. Small enough for my space
3. The surface stimulates the bottom of my feet
4. Vibration relaxes me
Cons:
1. Electric cord to short… keeps me too close to the wall
2. Instructions do mot include a detail explanation or visial of the control panel… like what does HH mean?
