I struggle to recover after long runs.
Soreness and muscle tightness are difficult to deal with.
The Hexaplate session rivals a deep tissue leg and hip massage!

Base is small. I wear a size 11 shoe and if I wear shoes, my feet do not fit on the plate. So far everything else is good.
