Perfect size, perfect instructions, perfect delivery, perfect vibration, and easy to use. As a retired senior, I chose to keep it near something stable (wall, table, etc) for caution and steadiness.

Haven’t had the opportunity to try it out yet, but I am excited to see how it is. It came with easy to understand, detailed, instruction book for beginners like myself :)so far I give it 5stars and I will update as time goes on

I tried this vibration plate hour ago and absolutely love it!!! I never heard of this plate other than the one at gym a huge dinosaur shuttle taking off for landing so now this exist I love it and it comes with bands so excited for 2025
