Loving my Hexaplate Lite

My beautiful purple vibration plate arrived yesterday! I of course set it up got on it. I woke this morning and I could feel the workout from yesterday! I didn’t spend but ac few minutes on it yesterday so I can’t wait to see the transformation I’ll have through using it daily!
