Nicely packed and packaged. Jsut 1 session so far and I already like it! I do wish that it came with owners Manuel or some kind of guide for increasing time.

Our son just got diagnosed with ADHD and we really are trying to avoid medication. This was recommended by our OT for him and so far we are loving it. All of us are using it now!

Great Machine!

So far, 5 minutes a day and it's already making a difference. I work from home so I sit all day long and getting up to use the machine has helped me greatly!

Got it for my son to use for gym. I have a different one with a curve and got this one since it's flat to do the things that are easier onitsha since it's flat

Awesome for vibration therapy

I have POTS so i got this to help with nervous system regulation and it actually really is helping. I’m able to do light workouts for the first time in a very long time thanks to this!
