The Hexaplate Lite is amazing! The first time using, I could feel increased circulation. I can also feel drainage in my lymphatic system. This is a must but!

I can say that it really do decrease your stress. Improves poor circulation. I'm sure hopefully, if I stay with it. I will soon feel the back relief, develop increase strength,flexibility and stronger bones.

First time using one of these. Only did 5 minutes as recommended for newbies. It's more quiet than I thought it would be! But loved it so far. Looking forward to daily use!
