I've tried my fathers who also gifted me my unit, but unfortunately, I can't use mine yet because the remote was missing from the box Super impressed that all it took was a phobe call & a promise to send the remote. Once I get the replacement I can use this to its full potential and can update my review soon.

Better than I thought

I wasn't sure how much exercise I would actually get from this machine but thought I would give it a try. I've only used it once so far and I can feel that it actually does work. I have fibromyalgia and can't do a lot of exercise but just standing on this while it was running worked the muscles in my legs, rear and back. I will have to build up to a longer time but it was far better than I was expecting.
