A great introduction plate to those new to vibration. Several pre set programs for beginners to more experienced users. Manual options as well for customizing your own program. Easy to set up and use. Not terribly loud.

I was pleased with the packing and quality of the product. I used it once so far on the lowest program setting. It felt great. I will know more later as I continue to use it.
