Great vacuum, wand is difficult to use.

4 month's old and head is not sucking

Stay away from the Dyson brand. It's reliability is disappointing. This is our second Dyson. The first one lasted about 5 years and this one just 4:months. The power head has stopped having any suction. I've walked through all the troubleshooting with the Dyson Support team and now needs to be sent away for 3 weeks or so for repairs.
Luckily we STILL have our 40 year old Tristar vacuum which still works great but is a little bit heavy.

I won't buy another Dyson product.

I would never recommend buying a Dyson vacuum, their power heads are inherently flawed and they refuse to fix the problem. I was sent multiple heads and none of them lasted longer than a year. Once the warranty ran out, they refused to replace them, even though every power head broke in the same spot. I was told I would get a 20% discount on a replacement head that was worth almost as much as a brand new but less expensive vacuum. Don’t waste your money. @dysoncanada.ca
