Terrible durability

I have had nothing but trouble with this phone constantly breaking. The cost to replace is terrible

Pretty neat phone

I had the original flip when they came out, wasn't too thrilled. Decided to get the 4 when I saw it and after a week I couldn't be happier. The phone has gone through so many upgrades that it feels like a true flagship phone. The only downside is the screen is plastic based, which can be a downside, but my friends fold has never had any issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had this phone for less than a week and the screen lifted on the left side and the phone was stuck and wouldn't open completely. The hinge was stuck causing the phone not to fully open.

I started with the flip 3 in June and upgraded to the 4 soon as it was available for pre-order. I love thus phone. Not sure what other people are doing or not doing to there phones but I haven't had any issues. I'm a BIG FAN of Samsung after leaving IPhone in 2012.

I've been using Samsung for over 25 years. For me, they have always been quality cell phones and excellent electronics. I love the Flip 4, very comfortable, pretty, and easy to use, and I have it in a lanyard and it doesn't get lost. I recommend it 100%
