Extremely Delicate

I bought two of these in October and I am going to get rid of them as soon as I can. Both have had cases on them. One was a samsung case. One was a case from Verizon. I've had to replace both phones. One was from a 2 foot drop with the case on. It landed on the hinge, would not open fully, and something was poking the screen from the inside and took the screen out completely. The second phone was not dropped and started doing this spontaneously. I was promised the hinge and screen issues were taken care of but they have not been. My mother also bought this phone and has had the same thing happen. I will not buy another flip or fold and even the brand is now debatable to me. I've bought nothing but Samsung products but this one has cost me and has been the worst product I've bought in a long time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Delicate and missing features, flipping off

I've had this phone for a month and it's the worst Samsung phone I've ever had.
The phone is extremely delicate and the battery only lasts 8 hours. I am living under paranoia that it's going to break and it does not Dex or the ability to display the screen externally. It's not worth the money and I would have much rathered a Galaxy s
My plan is to try to get rid of this phone as quickly as I can.

This device has been stress tested for up to 200,000 open and closes which would amount to about 270 times a day if you keep your device for 2 years, so you can open and close your device without worry of the display or hinge having any difficulty. Horrible phone

I am on my third one since September. The first one stopped opening the second on the screen had a white line as i was using it. I closed it and trtried to open it back up and the screen was black but my phone was on. Now it wont open anymore. Unfortunately my device potect wont let me get a different phone. I keep having to get this phone. I do not recommend this phone.

Best described as finicky, and leaning toward junk

Quirky at best. Mine constantly makes noise, and you can't differentiate between different types of messages. The sounds are all the same, be it facebook , a sms etc. Now mine reboots itself every few minutes. I have tried safe mode, uninstalling the few apps I had added, various diagnostics, and of course checking for updates. My phone is less than a year old and does not live in a harsh environment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Be Careful

Since i got it in september the phone over all was pretty nice i love the different functions and the small screen on the outer part. The problem i had was that when i opened my phone the screen led a black ink out that turned more than half of my phone black and only letting the lower part work. I would recommend this phone if you handle it very carefully if not you should by a normal looking phone.

Good concept being foldable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my main phone. It's thicker being folded so it doesn't fit purse pockets, it's difficult to open for me due to arthritis.
I do like it being folded and having the ability to listen to music and control the songs with the front window.
It is compact, operates well, battery is decent.

This phone is just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Z flip 4 for everything. I run my business on it and manage my life on it. Im always shopping online for my clients as well as myself and my family. I'm on my phone most of the day so I expected an amazing device when I purchased this one. Actually I wanted the fold 4 but was mistaken by the representative and ended up with this one and could not get it exchanged. Anyway, I just need more out of a phone and wish the front screen was bigger. I can't see well for being 36. Not to mention I'm constantly losing my phone in my own house because of the size and color I was given. lol! It certainly blends in with everything. ( I know that's a personal issue 😂) Another thing that's really getting to me is if I have my hand on the right hand side of the phone somehow the back button gets pushed even though my hand is nowhere near it.
