Wasn't completely sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've been a Note user since the 1st version was released and I was hooked from the start and was disappointed when it was discontinued. I knew I needed a new phone and it was either the latest Flip or the Fold. I opted for the Flip, not being really sold on the concept considering I was so used to the Note.
Ridiculously please with not only the design but the durability as well. I knew internally the phone would hold up, I have plenty of faith in Samsung devices when it comes to performance.
The design makes it so compact that I'm able to take it absolutely everywhere without any concern of damage. The reliability of the operating system is incomparable. Connectivity is easy and solid.
The bottom line is I'm completely happy with this phone but don't get me wrong, I still see room for improvement. Although it is ridiculous and slight at best. I do miss the pen but I also don't see how one could be incorporated being so compact and yet have it be durable.
I did have one issue with something very small and true to form, Samsung made it easy to resolve. The phone has a fantastic screen protector when you get it and mine happened to start to bubble at the fold. All I had to do was stop by a Samsung Experience Store and that issue was resolved free of charge in less than an hour.

Great Compactable Phone

Plus, it can be folded up after using it, thereby helping to protect the screen.
What is there not to love.

Compact in size, not in performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love having a phone that can got from being the smallest one to one of the larger screens, while having a useful second screen to boot.
There isn't much this phone doesn't do better than other phones, yet adds the ability to fit in your pocket with ease.
I typically don't go for higher end devices, simply because for me, a phone is a phone. But i also don't like anything too bulky. This simply is everything in a package that draws attention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So in my case i use the zflip device in my daily life as my main phone and for the most part i really do enjoy it! The battery does take time to get used to as it is a shorter life but with this phone its pretty good! A downside would be the camera since its zooming in feature isnt as good and sometimes the camera in dark settings isnt ideal but overall its pretty good! I dont worry that much about the creasing but after having this phone from launch i am barely starting to see a crease which isnt that bad of a fix! Overally i really do love this phone like the first time i got it! It has cool features that i never get bored of and it really is a remarkable phone to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that it folds...much easier to slip into a pocket. It's service has never been as good as other Samsung phones I've owned, or as good as service as someone else in the same room using a different style phone. I've had it 1 yr & 3 months and it's having some major issues. I will not get another unless issues are fixed.

I bought this phone 3 months ago. I drop the phone and it twisted side ways. I received another from insurance . The phone I got just did work and I am on my 3rd and it is great like the 1st one.
