Love My Galaxy Z Flip4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone 3 weeks ago after being an Apple head for the last 10+ years. I was skeptical about getting a flip phone, let alone switching to android. I knew after the first day that I made a great decision. The Z Flip4 pretty much will walk you through how to set up anything, it is easy to carry in your pocket, great screen and fabulous camera. My favorite is being able to take a selfie using the rear camera, my other phones sure couldn't. If you are thinking about purchasing this phone, do it, you will love it!!!

This movil don't work fine, the screen cracker and the protector fail in the first 3 months IS THE WOST MOVIL

Loved the idea of it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited about this phone. Everything about it was great until it wasnt!! After only having the phone for 6 weeks it stopped opening all the way, then the top half of screen became unusable
2 days later bottom half stopped working too. It was a 5 star review up to this point. Oh and don't count on the mfg warranty for anything it's useless.

These phones are absolute garbage. No longevity at all. Screens crack, bubble, and protector only lasts a month or two. Samsung is horrendous to work with for warranty. I'm on my 4th flip 4 in less than a year. Terrible phone and terrible company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We absolutely sympathize with wanting to know your device is going to last as long as you choose to keep it and be with you at all times during the day. Here at Samsung we have done a lot of stress testing of our newest line of foldables to be durable for up to 200,000 opening and closings. However, we do still always recommend a protective case to ensure protection for accidents that happen in everyday activities. One day I notice there is a chip on the side of phone next to the screen, then a bright light on the screen, then a whole line from side to side. I've been reading post all over the internet and apparently this is common on this specific phone. I didn't drop the phone and had it on its rubber case the whole time.
