[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main concern with the Flip 4 is how fragile it is. I constantly get customers coming back after 3 or 4 months with black screens/spots and their screen protectors peeling off.
Besides those top concerns, the phone is fantastic. I love the form factor and how I'm able to answers calls without flipping it open.
This phone only gets better if one of two things happen... 1. Major durability improvement. 2. Slimmer. The phones a bit bulky when it's folded in your pocket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ZFlip4 as my main phone and daily digital device.
I used to have an S20+, I was kind of doubtful when I first got the ZFlip regarding the performance and battery life because the S20 was great, but it hasn't disappointed, performance is great, screen is beautiful, battery lasts all day and charges super fast.
I love the form factor, I don't have big hands so it's perfect for me. The phone is not easy to open with one hand like old flip phones, there is some resistance, but I got used to it, it also protects the screen.
I use the second screen A LOT, to check my notifications, calendar, weather, music controls. Even to take quick selfies, which are super easy to take with the open hand gesture. Being able to put it on a table half open to take a picture is awesome, no need for tripods ;)
After 9 months of having it, the screen protector is coming off but samsung replaces it for free at their stores, so no worries.
I'm super happy with my ZFlip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is great it takes me back to the 90's with the flip there's no need for me to press a button to abruptly end a call I can just close the phone it's like flipping the caller off epic dissimal
