Camera Lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A surprisingly sturdy and durable foldable, there is a lot to love about the flip 4. However, there are some shortcomings in key areas that leave me wanting more.
The biggest gripe I have is the camera quality. In moderate to low light, with or without movement in frame, the camera struggles to produce clear, sharp photos. As a parent of young children, this is extremely troubling to me. No settings changes have helped the issue. I would expect more on a flagship phone like the flip 4, especially when my years-older Motorola takes much better photos.
The novelty of the flip is nice, and the UI is great. Battery life is good. Performance is great.

This Phone eats battery too much.

The orthopedic surgeon said they are seeing a lot more cases of pain and discomfort because of phone use. However I do use my phone often.. And the battery drains to quickly.. I am charging my phone three or four times a day..

I enjoy the flex feature and how I can use it with other applications, and the customization on samsung devices is always incredible! Not to mention, it just runs smoothly, and has a good battery, too! For as often as I use it, it's incredible.

Longevity issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, the device was great and fast to operate. Now close to a year, we are starting to see issues with battery life and performance. Apps are starting to become sluggish and unresponsive at times. This is after a factory reset and making sure storage is more than half available. Checking "Ram Plus" is set to the highest setting. Had to replace the battery and still having more battery issues. 90 to 100 percent in less than 1 min of plugging into a samsung bought charger. Better off with the S23 ultra.
