Ok device for travel and GPS use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had multiple problems with this device starting with the sensitivity of the screen, terrible charging problems and random pixel outage. I also encountered difficultly with the outer face being marked up and the camera consistently failing. It was rather expensive to purchase the device out right. I can say, I would not purchase a flip, unless it was at a lower price with better reviews.

Easy to use and sleek in design

The hinge technology really allows for hands off use when watching or streaming videos.

Keyboard is small- tried different contrast and themes but still small and difficult not to fat finger keys
Face recognition is not good!!!!! I have worked several different angles, lighting options, etc. Says it's all good but still won't open with face options

Aesthetically pleasing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the phone as a gift I fell in love with the pink on the back of the phone. Had it for almost 3 years. Great phone runs smoothly for the most part. I do notice that as time goes on the battery dies quicker and sometimes the phone lags but it isn't a deal breaker for me really.
