I have mobility + hearing problems, the peoples were patient + polite and took the extra time to explain. They didn't try influence my choice. They were very honest.
Just can't believe the quality of this tablet for the price. I'm used to Samsung galaxy for their phones,sturdy, reliable, long lasting no matter the model, even refurbished ones.

But this tablet is truly something else. Slim, fast, reliable, lightweight.
The graphic quality is excellent. Couldn't believe the quality displays of reels on social media.
The battery charge so fast and stays charged for truly a long time compared to other brands in the same price range from well known companies, I've had.

I truly use it a lot. Plus I was able to pair it with my Galaxy phone and now I can use both to make/receive call and text, at no extra cost from my cell provider. It a Samsung thing. Plus it's quite useful don't have to carry both around the house, or miss call cause I can reach my phone in time.
When you're a senior you appreciate not having to "run" to find your phone. I'm an avid e-book reader I am using the same program but this tablet has better display options which is kinder for my old eyes.
I truly recommend this product. Oh the included S-Pen also makes it a big plus.
