Crackling noises

Just got my speaker in the mail. Very Dissapointed. Cant go very loud at all before it starts to crackle and make funny noises. Wanted to upgrade from my previous cheap speaker because i had the same problem with it, if i would have known i would get the same results with this one, i would not have paid for this at all. Waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bad charging port

The charging port does not hold, it falls into the speaker and then unable to charge it again.

Charging connection breaks right away. LOUSY!

Got this as a work anniversary gift from my company. It has been in the box for about a year and I decided to take it out today. Started charging it and all of a sudden it says "low battery" while still plugged in. I picked it up and the charger fell away. The port inside had broken loose on its FIRST charge!! You could hear it rattling inside.
Called customer service. It is outside the 90 day window, so no support. Asked how to open it to see if I could fix it. They refused to provide information. Said if I could find a letter from my company (where I no longer work) they might consider something. Told them I was not there and couldn't get a letter. Asked if they could tell me how to get into it to see if I could fix it since they won't stand behind a faulty product. They said no.
I took it apart myself and found that the charging port was just barely spot welded onto the board. No wonder it broke. HORRIBLE design.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. No customer service. Don't stand behind their products. Cheap, cheap design. What a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super loud and bass is incredible

I got this today to review. Wasnt expecting much from it. But this thing us super powerful. It has amazing bass and battery life. It is so much louder than I actually need for a bluetooth speaker. I could never play at the beach at full volume or people would be mad haha. Seriously amazing speaker!

Wonderful sound for price and easy use

I got this speaker today,and was very happy to receive it. It worked great; especially for what I needed it for. It was a reasonable price. I like the waterproof feature because that is good for me. It really competes with other big names and does just find and works better for the price than others. I also am very appreciative of the fact that you allow a sweepstakes with it. That is very thoughtful.
I would recommend this to a friend!
