Great floor mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently installed new hardwood floors throughout my house. They are a matte finish in a light wood so I was worried about dirt and scratches showing up. This floor mat works great in my office -- the clear is perfect, though it is a little shiny so it's more obvious on a matte finish floor. However, I much prefer clear to a color! So far it's held up well, stays in place and keeps my work chair from scratching the floor!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great grip and movability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deflecto - SuperGrip Mult-Surface Chair Mat is amazing. It has great grip so I can move my chair around on it and not go sliding off. And most important my floor isn't getting scratched.

Won’t unroll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived in a beat up box rolled up in a tube. I’ve had it sitting under a low laying couch for a week and it still won’t lay flat on the ground. It has great grip on the bottom when I push it flat against the ground and I am confident it will protect my floors from my office chair, while also making it easier to move around- but none of that matters if it won’t lay flat. At this point, I can’t use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Deflecto - SuperGrip Mult-Surface Chair Mat is a little hard to lay flat at first. When you start to unroll it, place something heavy on the unrolled corners, unroll the rest, then place something heavy on the end corners, otherwise it will just roll up again. It will take several hours of corners being held done before you can remove the heavy objects and use the mat. After you have got your mat under control and laying properly, you will see that it is a nice product and that your chair will roll very well across it. Good mat for protecting your floor or carpet from the chair wheels.

This mat fell flat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you don’t read the instructions you will likely be left scratching your head wondering why the mat won’t unfold. That’s because it takes 24-48 hours for the product to unroll; 24-48 hours of use. It has innovative SuperGrip has a smooth bottom surface to hold the mat in place. This chair mat offers multi-surface protection and prevents wear and tear on hard floors. It should be noted that multi-surface does not mean multi-surface, as this chair mat is not compatible with carpet. The noise this mat makes each time my chair moves is distracting and bothersome while trying to work. I would not recommend the SuperGrip Mult-Surface Chair Mat to anyone. There are so many great options out there, however, this is not one of them. I would return it if I could!

The material grips the carpet perfect perfectly so it does not slide so my chair stays in place and is easy to roll around my little desk area. The plastic is durable and I know it will protect my carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super grip chair mat about a month ago for under my sons gaming chair. It definitely will do for what he needs it for but it seems to have a weird sound when you walk on it like it almost sticks to the floor underneath when you walk on it and makes like a sticky sound which is kind of annoying. And the edge is a little sharp if you hit your toe on it other than that for the price I think it. Is a good buy for your money. It’s definitely a thick high quality material also with used and over a period of time I think it will flatten out and be less noisy.
