One of the portable chargers is not working. I already reported it and they haven’t responded.

Great product & great service. I bought two of these, and one of them did not have the 1M USB cable. I sent a message to them, and they sent the cable out right away and apologized for the problem. They both charged up quickly, work like a charm and give me the portable power supply that I like to have handy!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I'm very impressed. Charges quickly and holds multiple phone charges before re-charge of the battery is needed.

Works great; simple and intuitive to use. Buying this was cheaper than replacing the battery in my old (1st generation iPhone SE) phone, and lets me delay replacing the phone a bit longer.

Charger works exactly as advertised. Not only that, but we appreciated the assist in eliminating eWaste from our home in the form of ready-to-go recycling bags for our old cords and devices that we intend to keep buying products from Nimble

The rep I contacted was very prompt and helped me return my non-functioning charger quickly and easily and they shipped a new one out right away. It is working currently - only used it to recharge my phone once, so I can't say if it is going to work longer than the first yet or not, but the service was excellent, so I am confident they'll do all they can to make it right.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using the champ lite for months to charge my headphones but last week it almost caught on fire. I plugged the headphones in when I left the office and when I got home and took them out it was so hot I had to drop it on the floor. The cord was melting along with the champ lite. I had to get my husband to carry it out to the garage to use gloves to get the cord unplugged. Unfortunate because I originally liked the product but I can't trust that it won't start a fire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
