Bring back the old formula!!

I'm a card maker and I use a lot of foam tape for dimension on my cards. A few years ago you changed from a stiffer, yellowish tape to this new thin white tape. It sticks to my teflon scissors, is hard to cut thin slivers, and the last several inches sticks to the plastic roll so I can't use it. Please bring back the old foam tape! This new tape is awful.

I bought the Scotch indoor 10 lb double sided tape to hang school photos/posters in our hallways. Unfortunately, the 10 lb tape doesn't work as effectively as the 50 lb tape. Maybe it's the lamination. Maybe it's the wall, but if this tape claims to be able to hold 10 lbs, then surely a painted wall should be no problem for a 5 ounce poster. I usually buy the 50 lb tape because I know that will surely stick. But I'm also afraid that the 50 lb tape will pull off the paint at the end of the school year when we remove the posters. Not completely satisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from 3m as a free sample and I have to say I'm glad I did! I rented an apartment where I wasn't allowed to make holes in the wall. This was a life saver, gave me the freedom to decorate how ever I wanted. The hold is strong and I didn't have a problem with things falling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just went to the website to see if I had to do a process in order to activate the glue cause now is doesn't stick to anything!

LOVE the foam tape!!

The Scotch foam tape is VERY reasonably priced and allows me to add a 3-D effect to my pages. It sticks incredibly well!! I apply a small amount of tape to the back of the piece I want to accentuate on my page and VOILA the foam tape makes it "pop" off the page!!! Simple, easy, effective!!! LOVE IT!!

Dimension in a roll!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to make cards with lots of dimension. When I add die cuts to my cards, I always turn to Scotch foam tape. I can cut any size or length I need to pop up my die cuts and make my projects really "POP." I can also be sure that my cards will not fall apart or that my die cuts won't fall off the card once it is given. This little roll will last a long time as it only takes a little bit to hold a lot!. My crafting basics would not be complete without my roll of Scotch foam tape.
