The iron is so wobbly, and doesn’t close evenly. It’s as if screws need to be tightened but there’s no way to access them. Very disappointed. Setting dial is cheap plastic, and I doubt it adjusts anything. Cuisanart offered to replace but wanted 10 bucks to do so. That didn’t make sense as iron only cost 30.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the fact that it has an indicator when waffles are done.(my previous one did not). However, I did not like that the waffles are very thin compared to my previous maker.

It’s compact and easily to store in a cabinet. Waffles are good but not as fluffy as I hoped; could be the mix I used. Easy to clean too.
