I have gone through so many waffle makers over many years. None can compare to the quality of this unit. This Cuisinart classic 2026 has performed EXACTLY as they described. The heating dial actually works with precise desired browning, as each person wants. I was impressed with its accuracy of doneness - crispy or less.

Excellent waffle iron that worked much better than expected. I was replacing an older waffle iron, and chose Cuisinart because of previous purchases. I was skeptical of the heating process of adding the batter, wait for the light to return to green, and the waffle will be finished. It has worked perfectly every time, so I am very pleased with the purchase.

I love how easy it is to make delicious waffles for breakfast. Once you have your batter, and pour it on to the waffle maker, you will have a perfect waffle in a few minutes. I plan to try other recipes including paninis and other desserts. Great waffle maker. Wish it had an "On/OFF" switch. It heats up FAST!
