I took off a star because when you pour the recommended amount of batter it leaks all over when you close the lid. I had to adjust the amount, which makes the waffles thinner and cook quicker. It cooks quick and easy clean up.

Works well overall. You do need to put it at the highest heat setting if you want your waffles with a crispy waffle. It also smokes a bit when ready which can be stressful if you live in a small apartment with sensitive smoke alarms.
