I like the classic shape. It seems to cook well, but I would like it better if there was a setting higher than 5 for doneness. I like them crispy!

My only complaint is that the plates do not come off for easy cleaning, and I don't feel that the appliance is really clean after I wash it. Otherwise, it is a great little appliance at a good price and I plan to keep using it. FYI, I purchased the waffle maker to cook eggs for a keto sandwich.
