I love the light indicator, letting you know when its ready and the adjustable control for crispness/browning level. So far, it is true to its non-stick claims, but I've only used it a few times. If these qualities last, i would give it a 5.

The item does not seem well made. The browning control is loose so I can't tell what the setting is. The signal light is only visible when I am standing in front of it. If the signal light also had a audible signal, it wouldn't require me to watch the iron so the waffle does not get too done or burn. I usually cook waffles for two so I need to have one in some place to keep it warm while the other cooks.

This was purchased as a replacement for this model that had years of use and abuse. We tried a different brand and immediately returned it. This is the best waffle iron. I love that you can adjust the crispness and that it tells you when it's done cooking. Best waffle maker on the market
