Does just as expected for a reasonable price. Slider knob is wobbly but still seems to work. Using the plug to help it stand up is fiddly but does the job.

This product works well but has one drawback. It cooks the middle where the heating element must be before the outer edges making the waffle crisp in the center and soft on the edges.

This waffle maker is not worth any amount of money. The first time we used it the handle on the front fell off and the screws used to attach it to the body fell into the body of the waffle iron, making it impossible to retrieve them without disassembling the entire appliance.
