Poor quality: the “dial” for the settings doesn’t work (1-5 setting, it doesn’t stay in place) When the directions for recipes are followed (1/2 cup batter) it completely overflows and gets into all the crevices of the waffle maker and all over the counter.

Easy to clean and makes amazing waffles! Reason it's a 4 star instead of 5 star is because the base if very light so when it is cooling down before you can clean it, there is ample opportunity for it to fall over or get knocked over without a heavier support which could lead to someone burning themselves on it.
Other than that, great product! We make a ton of waffles.
