I have used these ultra sharp knives and the slice through steak like a knife at a fine restaurant! The are also excellent on other uses as well. Great value.

A great price and there's 8 in the box. Plenty for my family of 5 and for an occasional "disappearance" that seems t happen in our house. My family was so excited to use them fir the first time while enjoying a "quarantine" steak. I would recommend these.
