Dehumidifier damaged

I ordered 4, three arrived with a dented front. It is my responsibility to repair. I was offered $20 to fix myself. Not wanting to go through the return process I will do this but not sure how i feel about it yet. I was in another business in town and they had the same dehumidifier dented the same as mine were - looks like a supplier problem, not a shipper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
