[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Ultras (and previously Notes). I was disappointed, however, that Bluetooth capabilities were removed from the SPen. That was a huge loss on this model. And I'm sure I'm not alone in that opinion.
Camera? Eh. It's okay. In some ways, it's good. But I often have issues with blurry edges for some reason. The center will be crystal clear but the outer edges are blurry. I can't figure out why. Also, I get chatter when it attempts to focus. That's annoying and sometimes I lose the shot while waiting for the chatter to subside.
I do somewhat like the AI interface at times. But other times, not so much. I do not want it popping onto the screen without being prompted by me. Stay in your lane, AI.
I DO NOT like Google messaging AT ALL. I much prefer Samsung messaging and I'm annoyed that we were basically forced into switching or risk our own safety. That was a bad deal if you ask me. If I wanted a Google phone, I would've purchased a Google phone.
Overall, though, I'm generally happy with the phone. But it's far from perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has a tattoo artist? It's been very helpful to have Galaxy's AI. It helped me prepare stencils and allies after i've drawn the original drawing, one of the things that I find is pleasing about the new s twenty five ultra is that you can't use the pen to take pictures from far distances like you could. With the note, an upgrade would be to fix that problem. Otherwise I find that this upgrade is pre.Standard to the last phone, there's not many new things that find that qualify to be more expensive than the last one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy S25 ultra for everything. So convenient, so reliable, and helpful. Galaxy AI is great too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the s25 ultra now for a while. It has a great camera and great AI capabilities, for example cleaning up your files. I will always stick to samsung galaxy was a reliable phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I said great phone overall ai is ok don't really use it muck just use ok Google like always have with past phone like with assistant one minor thing happens when watching videos phone will dim out of nowhere I keep brightness to max no dimming on still does it kind of annoying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Galaxy phones! I have been with Samsung Galaxy from the very first edition. I love the ultra series with having the pen inside the phone. The Galaxy AI is an amazing feature that I use everyday. The phone is fast and reliable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent phone hardware wise, camera is probably the best feature along with the pen. Taking notes or editing documents such as blueprints is pretty easy. Software however leaves much to be desired ....its 2026 and Samsung has yet to add simple features like a shake awake flashlight! My Motorola from a decade ago had that! Otherwise it's decent especially for the promo I got which was basically free. I don't use Galaxy AI so no comment on that
