This product is not very good

I have been a Samsung user since the s3 and after the first Note came out I became a loyal user of that line.
I decided to change my s23 ultra hoping it was going to be a good decision but it was the opposite. The s25 ultra is a total disappointment I could safely say that my old cell phone is much better.

The headphones are a marvel. The sound is great, the noise cancellation, and the battery life is great. In short a good product.
The watch ultra aesthetically is great. I had a galaxy 6 classic of 47mm. In functionalities there is not much difference

Battery life has been excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My work days are approximately 11 hours day and normally I would get home with less than 50% battery life left in my phone. After a couple weeks of the same usage, my remaining battery life has repeatedly been above 70%.

Great software but losing s pen functionality not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Device works really well and like the software update but I think I could have done the same with my s24 ultra once the update is available for the device. I want to love the S25 ultra but taking away the spen air functions really disappointed me. Over all if you are switching to an S25 from another device and never had the spen you will probably love the S25 for what it is. I just love being able to customize my user experience, something as simple as setting a video for the lock screen it's just fun to me. Every device looks unique to the individual because they can edit and style the software however they want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've put off getting a new phone for 4 years. It was time and so worth the wait! The camera is so clear, smooth, and the zoom is out of this world. The seamless action across apps and all my Samsung products all connect to my phone. Tvs, Ear bud 3s, watch. The AI assist from Gemini will be fun to work with. This is what I've waited for in a new phone for 4 years. Excited to see what else I will be doing with this phone!
