There is nothing better than the Ultra series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been amazed at the technology put into the ultra series. With every new model it's been a breakthrough to more advanced features. I don't ever think I would go with another brand or model smartphone. I've had nothing but a great experience with every model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used and Android since I have a phone over 20 yrs now, and every new phone that has come out I've purchased it. I own the buds, and laptop as well. I Love how Samsung upgrades the phones to give them better specs. The camera quality is always amazing. Samesund has definitely come a long was. I am also excited about the up grade that is coming next yr which will be my new phone. I enjoy the themes, storage, sound, especially that Bixby. I am learning more about the phone as I go along, and Samsung never disappoints. I will always stick with this phone

The Pen feature on the S25 Ultra is AMAZING!

Great product but difficult to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I chose a Samsung S25 Ultra to upgrade my husband's work phone with. He had an S24 Ultra previously. I usually set up all new technology and transfer items and log in to all the dozens of accounts.
I never had a harder time going through setup before than with the S25 Ultra. I don't know if this a device or a series problem, but not every Google account was set up during transfer, about half. Meaning a lot of things won't sync. All saved text messages weren't sent over, causing issues on Day 1 and still on Day 5. Trying to initiate and finish this smart switch transfer also is impossible this time. The phone, when finally connected, just won't sent information and then disconnect after a long time waiting for something to happen.
The E-Sim also wouldn't get transferred to the new phone. I had to call the helpdesk 11(!) TIMES to make it work.
I am so over this and I am afraid to upgrade my phone to an S25 Ultra and feel like I should skip this series. I will wait for the S27 to come out.

Incredible phone with great battery

It handles all tasks and apps with ease, and the performance is snappy. The graphics capabilities are top notch, snd the battery life is outstanding. No complaints whatsoever.

Great camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone. I have been stuck on Samsung my whole life. The 20 was my favorite until I had to get a new phone. I chose the s 25 ultra and the camera is beneficial to my profession. I needed a good camera to capture the hair I do!
The pen is amazing too especially when it comes to signing documents.
