[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra today and this phone is simply spectacular. Right out of the box you notice the gorgeous appearance. It looks expensive and well-made which is always a plus.
The screen is big and bright. I've never seen a display that is so crisp and vibrant. I played a video on it and my old Galaxy at the same time and the difference in color and brightness was unmistakable.
I really like the new UI as well. It's similar enough that I don't lose the familiarity to which I'm accustomed but also has enough subtle changes that it still feels like an upgrade.
The S Pen easily pops in and out without feeling cheaply made. The AI photo editing features are like something from an older futuristic movie. Some photos you can even select items and completely remove them while the AI fills in the area. You can't even tell it's not an original. The same can be done with sounds in videos with the Audio Eraser tool as well!
So far, the performance on this phone? Stunning. It's the most quick and responsive device I've ever used. Every action is instant and immediate. Press a button, it turns on with zero delay. The same when pressing the home screen, opening apps etc. I did some analysis on a chess engine and got 10x the nodes per second as my last phone. Biometric recognition is also the fastest I've experienced.
I'm already in love with this phone and I've only scratched the surface of what it's capable of. I can't wait to see what else it can do!

I can effortlessly drag and drop high-resolution photos from my gallery directly into my social media apps, which is a huge time-saver. The 'Now Brief' feature is also fantastic. I use it to quickly summarize long articles and news updates, keeping me informed without having to read every detail. And the 'Audio Eraser' feature? Absolutely game-changing. I recently recorded a video at a concert, and the background noise was overwhelming. But with the Audio Eraser, I was able to isolate the music and clear up the audio, resulting in a much more enjoyable video. I’ve included a short video demonstration in my entry. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has become an indispensable part of my daily life."
