I love this phone, it is easy to use and fast with great cameras. It also comes with interpreter which does fast translating with your voice.

The best phone ever

What surprised me the most is the integration of AI into everyday use; it makes everything faster and smoother, from retouching a photo to organizing my schedule. You can tell that the software and hardware are finally working as one. Excellent team, worth every penny of the investment.

I have been a consistent user of the S25 Ultra since its launch. As a small business owner, I find this device to be exceptionally advantageous, particularly due to the S Pen and its comprehensive functionalities. It enables me to efficiently capture, edit, and disseminate images to colleagues and clients. This device is outstanding and perfectly aligns with my professional requirements. Furthermore, its seamless integration with my Samsung tablet is a feature I highly value. The device's performance is commendable, and both the camera and storage capabilities are well-suited for my professional activities. The battery life consistently lasts throughout the day, and I have not encountered any issues with battery drainage. The display is vibrant, colorful, and offers appropriate brightness levels for various environments, which, combined with dark mode, provides a comfortable viewing experience.

Excellent phone, probably the best I've owned, but it ain't cheap. Needed a big screen due to age and multiple app utilization. I use for banking, trading, shopping, paying bills & sometimes playing games. Upgraded because the screen on my previous, Samsung, S10+, cracked & was acting up. bought using the No Interest Samsung financing plan.

I am disappointed. I am missing the Note/Ultra series with Bluetooth S pen.
1/ NO Bluetooth on Spen It is a BIG mistake to remove the Bluetooth on Spen, I cannot use Spen to do photo shooting and presentation now. I believe it is the main selling points on Note/Ultra series, I am totally disappointed that Samsung remove this function, the Spen is just a pen now to take note and draw picture, I don’t think customer need to pay the extra money to buy Ultra, they can choose the cheaper version such as S25FE, S25 or S25 plus. Please add back the Bluetooth Spen on S25 Ultra, at least please update the system and allow customer to connect another Bluetooth Spen if they want.
2/ AOD customization and lockscreen display The update have moved app notification icons to the top left corner which is tiny and not eye catching, please allow user to select how to show the app notification icons, for example, under the clock or at top left corner. I don’t want to show app notification cards under clock when it is too big.
Meantime, I always love the function that we can customize my AOD on previous phone such as Note 20, S22 ultra, I can set up different image/style/clock/notification on AOD and lockscreen separately which is useful. but now it seems a step back when Samsung take out the customization on AOD.
Also, I download the Good Lock apps and see if I can customize my AOD but nothing change, please add back the customization AOD on next system update, or at least update the function in Good Lock.
I hope the developers and support team can hear our opinions, thanks.
