very easy to learn most all the different features. it has writing on calendars to utilizing the smart home to integrate all your other devices- Samsung, Microsoft, BT lighting (without the hub), pairs great with home stereo/theater equipment. lots & lots of memory. had a note 22 ultra that cracked it's screen, upgraded to the 25. haven't been disappointed (still I really loved the note 22 ultra.)
there are more features than I use, but it's been an excellent phone.
takes great pictures, wonderful editing app built-in. screen size is great, not overwhelming.
has some fun lab features, quickly syncs w/link to windows & my Samsung TV.
great sound quality & gaming features! as well as a game booster.
there are 4-5 edge apps in the Galaxy Store that definitely add to productivity & organization.
android feature upgrades over the past 1.5 years have made it an even better phone than when bought originally. wonderful for creating, gaming, working, school and so much more!

3 drawbacks: 1) is that it wants to sync and backup to every service you have - Google, Microsoft, Samsung, and wherever else. the problem is that android system backups end up on the hard drive of your PC/Chromebook which creates a mess, 2) many of the Samsung apps you have to get from Google Playstore and Google apps get installed without your knowledge, and 3) it's a constant battle between Samsung, Google, etc for which browser, Key IS actually

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My love of Samsung products started about the early 2000s. After many failed attempts using Motorola and Blackberry, I decided to try Samsung. Best decision I made when it came to my phone. Everything in the phone is flawless and simple to use. The features that my phone has are innovative and functional. The camera on the phone takes some of the best photos. I love Samsung products so much I have 2 Samsung televisions and all of my kitchen appliances are also Samsung. I am a dedicated Samsung owner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to own an S22 and recently got this S25 Ultra and am absolutely loving this new model. It is much faster and has an amazing battery life. Galaxy AI is a very cool feature as well and expect to use it quite often.

Great features but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from an S22 ultra due to a cracked screen and no insurance.
Overall the phone is great but I was disappointed to find out that the S-Pen no longer had the ability to control the camera to take pictures. I used the feature constantly.
I tried swapping the S-Pen out for the one from my S22, but it was too long to lock into the phone and wouldn't communicate with the phone either.
Other than that issue/ dislike is s great phone with great features and camera.
