Love the AI features, but there's a long way to go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Galaxy S25 Ultra for several months now, overall, it's a solid phone, but the AI is definitely the main thing that stands out this year. Some of it is actually really cool. I’ve been using the AI photo tools a lot, things like object eraser and the remaster feature make editing super easy. The audio transcribe feature is also handy, especially since I attend a lot of meetings.
But not everything hits. Sometimes the AI edits photos in weird ways that don’t look natural, or suggests changes that honestly make things worse.
In general, I think the S25 Ultra is great, performance, screen, camera, all top-notch. The AI stuff has its moments, but it still feels like Samsung is figuring it out. When it works, it’s awesome… when it doesn’t, it’s kinda annoying.

Amazing features & great camera quality

I love streamline features such as amazing camera and video quality and also the galaxy AI feature. This phone was the perfect upgrade from my S20

I love my s25ultra

The display is incredibly sharp and smooth, the camera quality is outstanding—especially the zoom and low-light performance—and the battery life comfortably lasts all day. I also love the S Pen for taking quick notes and marking up screenshots. Everything runs fast and smooth, and the AI features make everyday tasks even easier. It’s a powerful, reliable device that really delivers. Learning to use Galaxy AI. Love it.

Peraonal Assistant with an Unmatched Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm JUST over 50 and forget why I walk into rooms—enter the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The AI actually reminds me of things I definitely told myself I'd remember (spoiler: I didn't). It's like having a smart teenager in my pocket—without the sass.
The size is perfect—not too big, not too small—just right for reading texts at arm’s length. And the camera? Let’s just say it makes my dinner look like a five-star chef made it... even if it’s just reheated lasagna.
Unmatched picture quality. Unmatched convenience. Unmatched memory boost. 10/10 would recommend—if I remember to.

I can ask my cell for help in so many subjects and it's AI takes charge with the pertinent information I'm looking for! The S25 new design from my S24 is so much better. I prefer the screen not curved on it sides so this is better for me. I am very happy with my S25 Ultra upgrade !!!

Love the Phone Dislike the Bulkiness

The 200MP camera delivers stunning detail, even in low light, and the battery easily lasts a full day of heavy use. The AMOLED display is bold, bright, and smooth, perfect for multitasking or winding down with a show. The S Pen is clutch for jotting notes or signing docs on the fly. Performance-wise, it’s flawless thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, and the addition of Galaxy AI takes everything up a notch—real-time translations, smart photo edits, and intuitive suggestions actually save me time. My only gripe? It’s bulky. If you have smaller hands or carry tiny bags, it’s a stretch—literally. I just wish it was a little more compact without losing the premium feel. Still, if you need a serious phone that works as hard as you do, this one delivers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been with Samsung since 2008 and was an avid Samsung Note user so I was sad to hear of its discontinued status until I bought my ultra. It delivered in ways I didnt even ask for the galaxy AI has been amazing in helping me simplify and organize my phone, thoughts, tasks and life in ways that the Note was not able to just yet while still giving me everything I love in the Note as far as the size the s pen and performance. Lastly this is by far the best camera i have ever owned. The only thing I want Samsung to do differently is please please please bring back the headphone port!
