I am beyond frustrated. I bought this Kingston DataTraveler Exodia M thinking the "USB 3.2" label actually meant something. It’s a total lie!!!! I tried to transfer a 12GB zip file and the speeds are an absolute joke! It’s like being back in 2005. How is it even legal to market this as a USB 3.2 drive when my Lexar 3.1 blows it out of the water?
This is the second "budget" piece of junk I’ve dealt with this week after a defective Philips Vivid drive. To make matters worse, once you buy this and open the packaging, you're stuck in "exchange only" limbo. It feels like a trap for customers looking for affordable storage! These brands are banking on you not noticing how pathetic the write speeds are until it’s too late to get your money back.
If you value your time and your data, stay away from these trash. It is false advertising, plain and simple. Pay more for a better and reliable drive because this isn't it!!!!!
